My wife and I are beginning the process of building a home on our lot and have worked with Jim Vlach from Ranch Living in the initial stages. We have come a long way (and many months) since the contract was signed.  All you need to do is look at the picture and you can see it was well worth the wait.  The interior turned out wonderful, and the journey with the staff to select the options and standards yielded a home we are proud to own.   Building during the COVID era had its challenges, but in the end it all worked out.  We love it!  Thanks to Jim, Brett, Aimee, Andy, Chris, Kenny, Jorge and the that dynamic duo in the excavation crew!

My husband and I just began our journey of building our dream home with Ranch Living / GMC Construction.  Jim, Andy and Sara have been fabulous to work with.  We chose the Modern Valdoro plan for our new home.  One of the first steps in the building process was to meet with the architect to make any wanted changes or adjustments to the plan.  Alex, (the architect) was excellent to work with!  He listened and tuned into what our vision was and why.  Within our first meeting, he and Andy made instrumental changes to the plan that helped us achieve all of our wants and needs.  We are very excited for the upcoming chapters of this adventure.

Let me just say that our building experience went well throughout the process. With minimal issues arising, we were pleased with the reality of getting the house to the completion line. We are nearing the completion of our Valdoro Ranch home under construction in Highland Park. The build has gone relatively well with us able to converse regularly with the construction manager, allowing for an open communication process.

Our house is shaping up in a manner that we had hoped for and would recommend a Valdoro build to anyone considering such.
