The Sedona II is our most popular ranch plan with nearly 2500 Square feet of living space on the main level and a partially finished basement. This plan features 4 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a grand room, and a study. The Sedona II comes standard with a 3-car garage with an optional 4th-car bay.

The Valdoro is our popular ranch plan with 2500 square feet. Three bedrooms plus a study on the main level (master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms), a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a great room, and a study on the main floor. A 3-car garage comes standard with this plan. 

The Valdoro 21 is a modernized version of the standard Valdoro plan, with upgraded features including 16-foot sliding doors, a luxury fireplace, a U-shaped stairway, and many other upgrades to both the interior and exterior.

The Telluride features a standard 3-car garage, a formal living and dining room, a huge master bedroom suite, and 2 additional bedrooms on the main level (one could be used as a study/office). The Telluride I offers 2620 finished square feet on the main level.

The Telluride II features a standard 3-car garage, a formal living and dining room, a huge master bedroom suite, and 2 additional bedrooms on the main level (one could be used as a study/office).  The Telluride II includes 3002 finished square feet on the main level.

Very flexible floorplan for simple, yet significant floor layout modifications. If you like, delete bedroom #2 and redesign as you like to significantly increase the Master bathroom, closet, and some of the Master bedroom as well – your choice! Additional modifications are available as well.

The Diamond is a two-story floorplan for families that want ranch-style living with a master suite on the main level but with the added benefit of additional bedrooms upstairs. It features over 2,400 finished square feet with a study, a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a 3-car garage (with an optional 4th bay), and additional bedrooms upstairs.

The Sandia is a beautiful two-story that lives like a ranch with a master suite on the main level. The open-concept main level is bright and open with a chef's kitchen, dining room, and great room. There is also a flexible space that can be used as either a study or a formal dining room. Additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The Sandia comes standard with a 4-car garage.
